Refund & Returns Policy Hijabs ♡
Our veils are an intimate piece, so for hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind, so please ensure you think about this carefully prior to making your transaction.
We only accept exchanges for faulty items. If you live in Sydney, Australia the fastest way to facilitate an exchange would be to do this at our warehouse. You will need to contact us first to make an appointment. However, if you live interstate or overseas, please contact us so that we can evaluate this for you.
Refund & Returns Policy Abayaa ♡
The Abaya Edit (Haute Collective)
Due to the exclusive nature of The Abaya Edit, we do not offer refunds.
We accept size exchanges (subject to availability) or store credit only.
Please note:
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return is approved and received, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before purchasing, as refunds are not offered for change of mind.
If you have received a faulty item, for the quickest outcome please send us a Direct Message on Instagram or you may also email us on hello@hauteveils.com. If your return is accepted after evaluation from our team, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We're known for looking after our customers, so making you happy is extremely important to us. If there's ever any issue - we want to know so we can make it right.
Damages and issues ♡
We take a high degree of care by thoroughly inspecting each of our veils before we ship them out. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. In the unlikely event your product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items ♡
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
