1. Where are you based?

Sydney, Australia.

2. What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship Australia wide and have very recently opened shipping to the United States! We're working hard to serve our international customers more seamlessly, so if you're outside of Australia or the United States, we can assess shipping to your country on a case by case basis. 3. What material is your veil made out of?

Both our OG stitch and double-stitched are 100% Viscose.

4. How do I look after my veil to maximise the use and maintain the quality over time? 

Treat your veil with love by following these three simple steps:

♡ Use magnetic pins only.
♡ We strongly recommend a gentle, cold hand-wash only and avoid drying in direct sunlight.
♡ Gently iron and/or utilise a hand-held steamer.

4. Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes. Please direct message us on Instagram to organise this, prior to your purchase.

5. May I please view the veils in person?

We're committed to making sure that you love what you buy, so if you live in Sydney, you'll be able to make an appointment with us to view the veils in-person at our warehouse. The quickest way to organise this would be to direct message us on Instagram.

7. We're interested in stocking your product at our store and/or collaborating with your products, how do I go about it?

8. Do you have any upcoming sales or promotions?

Occasionally, we do host promotions and sales. To ensure you are the first to find out, please make sure you follow us on Instagram AND subscribe to our marketing emails! (we don't spam, we promise). We're also really big on hosting giveaways every now and then! 

9. Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

We're committed to providing affordable prices without compromising the high quality and longevity of our veils. To help keep our prices low, our prices are set, however from time to time we host sales and promotions during the festive seasons so we invite you to subscribe to our marketing emails and keep a close eye on our Instagram page!

10. What are the measurements of your veils?

Dimensions are 70cm x 180cm.

11. What is the difference between your regular-stitched and double-stitched veils?

They are the exact same material and length, however our double-stitched veils have a thicker hem, elevating your outfit from casual outerwear to slightly more formal.
